These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Kekar4D ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "the Operator"), governing all access to and use of the website located at kekar4d.cam, including all associated games, features, promotions, and services made available thereon (collectively, "the Services").

Kekar4D operates as an online casino and sports betting platform serving players in Malaysia and other permitted jurisdictions. By accessing the Platform, creating a user account, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms are written in English and are intended for users who access the Platform from Malaysia and other permitted regions. Where Malaysian regulatory considerations are referenced, they are provided for informational context only and do not constitute legal advice.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an active Account on Kekar4D, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Services:

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. Kekar4D strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all casino-style gambling activities. This requirement aligns with internationally recognised standards for responsible gambling on licensed gaming platforms. Proof of age will be requested as part of the KYC verification process.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence. Persons who are legally incapacitated, under guardianship, or otherwise legally prohibited from entering into contracts are not permitted to register.
3. Jurisdiction: You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Services is lawful in your jurisdiction.
4. Single Account: Each person may hold only one registered Account. Operating multiple accounts (whether under the same or different personal details) is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds therein.
5. Accuracy of Information: All registration information provided must be accurate, complete, and up to date. You are required to promptly notify Kekar4D of any change to your registered information.
6. Not a Prohibited User: You must not have previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from any Kekar4D account for violation of these Terms or applicable law.

During registration, you will be required to provide personal details including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. This information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account access with any third party under any circumstances. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your legal responsibility unless you have notified us promptly of unauthorised access.

• You must create a strong, unique password for your Kekar4D Account and not reuse passwords from other platforms.
• You must enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where offered and are strongly encouraged to do so for account security.
• You must notify Kekar4D immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account or any security breach.
• Kekar4D will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Do not disclose your password to any person claiming to represent the Platform.

Kekar4D reserves the right to verify your identity at any time and to request documentary evidence (such as a Malaysian MyKad, passport, or bank statement) as part of ongoing KYC obligations. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension.

Kekar4D supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and selected cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, BNB). All Account balances are maintained in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.

Kekar4D reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any transaction that it reasonably believes is associated with fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.

Kekar4D offers a range of promotional bonuses, welcome offers, reload bonuses, cashback rewards, referral bonuses, and VIP tier benefits. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this Section.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover requirements) as stated in the applicable promotion. Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonus Eligibility: Each welcome bonus is available to new registered players only, subject to minimum deposit thresholds. Players may only claim each welcome offer once per household, IP address, device, payment method, or account.
• Bonus Validity: All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of issue. Uncompleted wagering requirements and unused bonus funds will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Bonus Abuse: Kekar4D actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: matched betting using Platform bonuses, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, and collusion between players. Any Account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended and bonus winnings forfeited.
• Modification / Withdrawal of Promotions: Kekar4D reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Responsible Gambling Disclaimer: Bonuses are for entertainment purposes. They do not reduce the inherent house edge or guarantee profitable outcomes. Play responsibly. For players aged 21 and above only.

All bets and wagers placed on Kekar4D are subject to the specific rules governing each game type or sports market, as displayed on the relevant game or betting page. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall apply to the game in question.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Kekar4D Platform. Breach of any prohibition in this Section may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balances, and referral to appropriate authorities.

• Registering an Account if you are under 21 years of age or are a Prohibited User as defined in Section 2.
• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own details or those of another person.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of prohibited activities.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code or proprietary algorithms of any Platform software.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in an automated manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or pricing errors for profit. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinated play to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or other multi-player formats.
• Attempting to circumvent any geo-restriction, KYC requirement, self-exclusion measure, or deposit limit set on your Account.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing Kekar4D staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or in any communication with the Operator.

Kekar4D is committed to promoting responsible gambling and player wellbeing. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of financial stress, harm, or compulsion. The following responsible gambling tools and policies are in place on the Platform.

• Age Restriction: The Platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. Age verification is mandatory at registration and prior to first withdrawal.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their Account settings. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a minimum 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts to receive notifications after 1, 2, or 3 hours of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break may apply for self-exclusion periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or indefinitely. Self-exclusion is applied immediately. Removal of a permanent self-exclusion requires a formal written request and a minimum 6-month cooling-off period.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable real-time profit and loss displays to maintain awareness of session outcomes.

All content on the Kekar4D Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, game assets, and software — is the property of the Operator or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to: resell or commercially exploit Platform content; reproduce, duplicate, copy, or scrape any Platform materials; use data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools; or download or copy Account information for the benefit of any third party.

The Kekar4D name, logo, and all associated trademarks and service marks are the exclusive property of the Operator. Unauthorised use of any Kekar4D trademark is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kekar4D and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Services.

Without limiting the foregoing, Kekar4D shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings; (b) any loss of data or corruption of data; (c) any business interruption; (d) any losses arising from reliance on information published on the Platform; or (e) any matter beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure events, internet outages, banking system failures, or third-party platform errors.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Kekar4D reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or void any pending bets, bonuses, or balances, without prior notice, where we reasonably believe that:

• The Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Account has been used for fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity.
• Continuing to operate the Account would expose Kekar4D to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• The Account holder has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Continued operation of the Account would be in breach of applicable AML or responsible gambling obligations.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, Kekar4D will communicate the reason for suspension (to the extent permissible) within a reasonable timeframe. Players wishing to appeal a suspension or closure decision may do so by contacting our support team at the address set out in Section 15.

Upon termination, all outstanding real-money balances not subject to investigation or forfeiture will be returned to the User via their registered payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to KYC completion.

Kekar4D reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Users via the email address on their Account, or by a prominent notice on the Platform homepage, no less than 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required for legal or security reasons.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Services and close your Account prior to the effective date.

The current effective version of these Terms will always be accessible at kekar4d.cam/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming and commercial law principles. By accepting these Terms, you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Operator's registered jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through our internal dispute resolution process.

Kekar4D encourages all Users to resolve disputes informally in the first instance by contacting our customer support team. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter to formal dispute resolution in accordance with the procedures set out in the Operator's dispute resolution policy.

Nothing in this Section shall limit your statutory rights as a consumer where applicable law prohibits such limitation.
